In "Import from a spreadsheet" press Download template and open it in Excel or Google Sheets. Fill in one person per row with columns First name, Last name, Email, Household, Phone and Plus-ones; give family members the same Household. Save as CSV, choose the file, check the summary ("Found N people in N families") and press Import.
